Sending and return
Sending order
The parcels are generally sent within 2 working days after getting the payment confirmation. They are sent via So Colissimo Europe with a tracking number and remit without the buyer sign. The parcel could also be sent via UPS Extra and remit against a sign. Please contact us before selecting the sending mode because some extra costs are applied. Whatever sending mode is selected, we will inform you the awb number to follow the parcel on line
Packing and The transportation cost are included in the sending cost. The packing costs are fix while the transportation cost depends on the parcel weight. We recommend to add several items (if any) in the same order because we cannot send different orders in the same parcel and in that case, the transportation cost will be apply for each order. Your parcel will be send at your own risk but we will put a special attention for the delicate jewels
The carton boxes used are appropriate for such transportation
Return order
In case a part or the whole order do not fit your requirement nor the jewel have been damage during the transportation, please inform us about your wish to return them before 14 days upon parcel receipt
Fill the form and put it in the parcel Please contact our logistic platform by phone +33612544861 or by email: contact@dogme96.com A transportation form will be send to you, and please go to the post office to send back the parcel free of charge (the return address will be written on it)
You must re-use the original packing; the jewels must not have been use Re-check the information, and make sure that the products are matching the order Upon receipt the parcel back, we will check it and if everything is right, DOGME96 will refund you the money including the transportation cost if any within 30 days
